HOW DO I SET UP A TRADE ACCOUNT?
Simply complete the form above and one of our team will be in touch to confirm your new account, giving you access to exclusive discounts.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT?
Applicants who are valid for a trade account include; interior designers, architects & property developers who have a registered business. Collection Seven Trade accounts are not suitable for retailers wishing to purchase items for resale.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER OR REQUEST A QUOTE?
Once your application has been approved we ask you to email trade@collectionseven.store for all future orders or quotes via the registered email address on your account. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the point of issue.

HOW DO I PAY FOR A TRADE ORDER?
All trade orders will be issued via Proforma Invoice and will be paid via BACS or debit/credit card (additional fees may occur for credit card payments). We do not offer credit accounts to our customers.

ARE COLLECTION SEVEN PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE?
Our products are currently manufactured for domestic use only. However, if you are purchasing for a commercial project then please don't hesitate to get in touch with our trade team who can accommodate your request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
- "We," "us," "our" refers to Collection Seven Trade.
- "You" and "your" refer to the business or trade customer using our services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order with us using a trade discount, you agree to these trade-specific terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version will apply to your orders.
- It is expressly understood that neither the Buyer nor the Seller are consumers, as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
3. Orders
- All orders placed through our website or through an account manager are subject to acceptance by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- The prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment
- Payment terms will be provided upon order confirmation.
- You agree to pay the agreed-upon prices for the products and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times and methods are specified on our product pages, discussed at quote stage and confirmed at the point of order. Delivery times and methods are subject to change.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
- You are responsible for inspecting and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
- We may accept returns of faulty or damaged goods in accordance with our Returns Policy that can be found on our website.
- Made-to-order, bespoke or personalised products are not eligible for return or cancellation.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Liability
- Our liability for any damages or losses is limited to the purchase price of the products.
- We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, related to our products and website, are owned by us.
9. Data Protection
- We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate our business relationship with you at our discretion.
- You may terminate your account with us by following the procedures outlined in our Terms.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Severability
- If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
