1. TERMS
1.1 We currently offer a two man delivery service which includes delivery to room of choice and removal of packaging. This service is currently available for orders shipped to the Mainland UK only excluding Highlands and Islands. Rates at are calculated at checkout depending on delivery postcode, please note that certain postcodes are excluded and in this event delivery charges are on application.
1.2 For International deliveries or deliveries outside of Mainland UK, please contact us at enquiries@collectionseven.
1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home and that our delivery van can get close enough to your property to make delivery. Should our logistics team feel that there is a danger to your property or to them in delivering large items upstairs, they may refuse to deliver upstairs. We hope you understand.
1.4 We deliver large items Monday to Saturday between 9.00am and 6.00pm (for non-business addresses), notification of exact timings will be confirmed directly by our shipping partner via SMS.
