1. Delivery Services

1.1. Collection Seven uses third-party providers for all shipping services, including both domestic (UK Mainland) and international deliveries. This ensures reliable and professional handling of your orders.

1.2. For deliveries within Mainland UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands, delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode. Certain postcodes are excluded, and in such cases, delivery charges may be subject to application.

1.3. For international deliveries or deliveries outside of Mainland UK, customers are required to contact us via email at enquiries@collectionseven.store for a shipping quote. Once a shipping quote is approved, the delivery will be arranged through our chosen international shipping partner.

1.4. Collection Seven is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues incurred during shipping, whether domestic or international. This includes, but is not limited to, customs-related delays, duties, taxes, or other third-party handling issues.

1.5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local customs regulations, duties, and taxes for overseas deliveries. Collection Seven will not be held accountable for any additional costs or issues arising from customs processing.

1.6. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered will fit through all access points and that our delivery vehicle can safely access your property. Should our logistics team assess that there is a risk to property or personal safety, they may refuse to deliver to certain locations. We appreciate your understanding.

1.7. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (for non-business addresses). Notification of exact timings and tracking links will be confirmed directly by our shipping partner via SMS or email.

1.8. Furniture must be stored in a well-ventilated facility to preserve its condition and longevity. Failure to do so may void any warranties or guarantees.

1.9. Fabrics and finishes should not be exposed to direct sunlight or extreme environmental conditions, as this may cause fading, discoloration, or damage. Collection Seven is not liable for issues arising from improper care or storage.

1.10. Beds will require assembly upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to assemble the bed or arrange for assembly services at their own cost, unless otherwise specified during the order process.
