It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the latest terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
2. Product Information
2.1. All products are made to order or bespoke and designed to your specifications based on the details provided at the time of order. 2.2. Dimensions, materials, and finishes are as described in the product specifications. Variations may occur due to the nature of custom craftsmanship and materials. An allowance of up to 5% discrepancy in measurements is considered acceptable due to the handmade nature of the items. 2.3. Fabrics, leathers, and other materials may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance from batch to batch due to the inherent characteristics of natural and manufactured materials. These variations are not considered defects. 2.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details and confirm accuracy before finalizing the purchase.
3. Order Process
3.1. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and approval of all necessary design specifications. 3.2. Production of an order will not commence until all required fabrics and materials have arrived at the workshop. This includes both customer-supplied fabrics (COM) and Collection Seven’s house fabrics. 3.3. Once the production process has started, changes to the order may not be possible or may incur additional costs. 3.4. Lead times are provided as estimates and may vary due to production or supply chain factors.

4.1. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the furniture ordered will fit through all access points upon delivery. This includes but is not limited to doorways, staircases, elevators, and hallways. 4.2. Before completing your purchase, you must measure all relevant access points to confirm that the furniture can be safely and successfully delivered to its intended location. 4.3. For standard-sized items, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the dimensions against the measurements provided on the website to ensure suitability. 4.4. For bespoke-sized items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate dimensions and verifying them before proceeding with the order. 4.5. If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, the customer will bear all associated costs, including:
Return shipping fees
Additional delivery attempts
Restocking fees, if applicable
5. Non-Refundable and Bespoke Items
5.1. As all products are made to order or bespoke, they are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Collection Seven reserves the right to repair or replace any items that arrive faulty at its sole discretion. 5.2. Claims for defects or damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Failure to report defects within this timeframe will release Collection Seven from any liability.
6. Delivery, Storage, and Assembly
6.1. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Collection Seven is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. 6.2. Collection Seven uses third-party services for shipping and delivery. While we take great care to ensure all items are properly packaged and prepared for transit, Collection Seven cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or delivery. Photographic evidence will be provided to confirm the condition of the items as they leave our workshop. 6.3. Deliveries will be curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange assistance to move the furniture into the property. Collection Seven and its delivery partners will not provide assistance beyond curbside delivery. 6.4. Delivery fees charged at checkout are non-refundable. 6.5. All furniture must be stored in a well-ventilated facility to preserve its condition and longevity. Failure to do so may void any warranties or guarantees. 6.6. Fabrics and finishes should not be exposed to direct sunlight or extreme environmental conditions, as this may cause fading, discoloration, or damage. Collection Seven is not liable for issues arising from improper care or storage. 6.7. Beds will require assembly upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to assemble the bed or arrange for assembly services at their own cost, unless otherwise specified during the order process. 6.8. Assembly services, if included, must be specified at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for on-site adjustments or modifications.
7. Overseas Deliveries
7.1. Overseas deliveries are subject to additional shipping costs and extended lead times. These will be communicated to the customer prior to the confirmation of the order. 7.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations, duties, and taxes. Collection Seven will not be liable for any delays, additional costs, or issues arising from customs processing. 7.3.
